Tony will look at the possible impacts of the mayoral and general elections on London’s future.
Is there a chance of more radical policy with reinvigorated governments and the city-wide and national level?
Can London ‘come in from the cold’ as levelling-up policy evolves? What about London and the EU? How far could devolution go?
How can new homes and commercial buildings be made more acceptable to a public which feels disempowered? And what about the planning system?
