Join us for an evening of comedy and storytelling that will make you think about how architecture keeps you safe from harm and how security has helped shape cities for thousands of years.

Steve Cross might be the UK's nerdiest comedian. He specialises in making clever people funny and runs Science Showoff, where anyone can try anything about science on stage. Steve also runs the Books Showoff and has performed at a variety of events and venues including the Science Museum, The Edinburgh Science Festival, Green Man, the Natural History Museum and the Barbican.
