Town Hall Talk - Women fo Battersea: From Protest to Punk

Battersea Town Hall has a rich history of radical female activity including the suffragist Charlotte Despard, Emmeline and Christabel Pankhurst, Caroline Ganley MP, Marie Carmichael Stopes and Vivienne Westwood.

Come along to October's talk to discover some of the dynamic figures, revolutionaries, and unsung pioneering women from Battersea's past and the women's suffrage movement more generally. You will also have the opportunity to experience some live performance from Gaggle Productions who will open the talk.
