Climb on board Havengore a former hydrographic survey vessel launched in 1956 for the PLA will be open to visitors of the Classic Boat Festival. Register for a private tour at the show reception.

The Little Ships of Dunkirk

The little ships of Dunkirk were 700 private boats that sailed from Ramsgate in England to Dunkirk in 1940 as part of Operation Dynamo, helping to rescue more than 338,000 British and French soldiers who were trapped on the beaches at Dunkirk during the Second World War. This year the Association of Dunkirk Little Ships will celebrate their 50th anniversary at the Classic Boat Festival.

The PLA will be joining the Blue Ribbon Village Saturday 10th September with their river safety game.
