Find out about the different species of bat that are found at Walthamstow Wetlands.
Join us for a leisurely two hour walk around the site with ecologist Emma Parnwell of the London Bat Group. You will have the opportunity to learn about bat location and identification through the use of bat detectors which will be provided.
As the site is still in development, we regret no children are allowed on site at present and this event is for adults only. No dogs allowed except guide dogs and assistance dogs.
We will meet at the Ferry Lane entrance to the reservoirs opposite the Ferry Boat Inn, outside the Thames Water Rangers' office.
Revenue from the sales will be divided between London Wildlife Trust and London Bat Group.
