Free FreeA special exhibition of research and innovation for patients and the public will see three floors of University College Hospital accommodate 50 interactive stalls where researchers will demonstrate the latest technology and techniques tackling conditions such as cancer, dementia and arthritis.
Visitors will have the chance to put on headphones and try a cochlear implant simulator; have a 3D scan of their face; find out their hand hygiene levels; extract DNA from strawberries in addition to many other activities.
Visitors will also have the opportunity win an iPad mini and tour some of the trust’s state-of-the art facilities, bookable on the day.
