Free FreeThe event is a full-day festival with more than 75 different sessions to choose from - live cookery demonstrations, hands-on cookery workshops, lectures,interviews - plus garden stalls with delicious foods.
The festival line-up already includes Gefiltefest’s founding patron Claudia Roden with Silvia Nacamulli, Joan Nathan visiting specially from the US, Israeli TV chef Gil Hovav, the Jewish Princesses, and new to the line up; Poopa Dwek and Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer from Honey & Co, and more than 50 other presenters.
There will be more food and more stalls than ever before. There will be challah-baking, chrayne-making, perfect pickling, hummus workshops and a return of the epic Ashkenazi vs Sephardi cook-off.
