Brewing the beer you want to drink

An evening of discussion and tastings exploring the brewing process and enjoyment of beer.

Euan Ferguson will be talking us through his fantastic new book Craft Brew: 50 Recipes from the World's Best Craft Breweries and discussing the fast-growing world of craft beer and homebrewing. Featuring a straightforward guide to making your own beer plus exclusive recipes from the likes of BrewDog, Brooklyn and Beavertown, this is the essential guide to brewing the beer you want to drink.

We are also very lucky to have Matthew Denham, founder of UBREW, joining us on the evening. UBREW is an exciting new radically 'open' brewery in Bermondsey which provides the space, materials and guidance for everyone to brew their own beer.

Matthew will be lending his expertise to the evening and explaining the business behind a start-up brewery and the processes everyone can follow to make their own fantastic beer.
