I can’t find it
It’s at Kings Cross Underground Stn. Look for the signs to Regents Canal. It’s also not new – opened a while back. Must be an error in the article.

Really, is gentrified arches for the hipster crowd the best use of Southwark’s ‘taxpayers’ money. Shouldn’t the council be lobbying for a re-opening of Camberwell station?
The Trainline should fix it’s abysmal apps. Each iteration is worst than the last. I keep asking why there is no Oyster/contactless fare information, but never get an answer.

I use KGX / StP a lot, but “that” multi-light tunnel” is nowhere to be seen from anywhere between the two main stations, as far as I can see, either in the subway or surface.
