Free FreeThere will be a low flying helicopter and three marine raiding boats next to the Tower of London to perform a ceremonial event.
The Royal Marines will participate in the ancient Ceremony of the Constables's Dues at the Tower of London - where the boats will deliver a barrel of wine to Tower Pier.
On-shore, the Royal Marines will then march into the Tower with the barrel to perform the ceremonial handover to the Constable of the Tower.

If you're outside, the barrel delivery and march can be watched from suitable locations between about 11:25am to 11:55am.
If you're inside the Tower (paid entry), be at Tower Green in good time for the ceremony, which should be at noon.
