Join authors and map experts Barbara Bond and Peter Chasseaud for an evening of cartographic indulgence and history insight as they delve into the fascinating world of maps and the Second World War, from silk map jacket linings to aid POW escape to mapping enemy lines to secure victory.
Barbara will be sharing never-before- seen silk maps from her new book Great Escapes and Peter Chasseaud will bring to life the story of the maps that helped win the war, many from the archives of the Imperial War Museum and feature in his new book Mapping The Second World War.
