By ancient tradition when Parliament is closed ahead of a General Election, the bill has to be read out in public on the steps of the Royal Exchange.
This is due to take place on 30th March -- probably at 3pm, although the exact time is not confirmed yet.
This is how it happened back in 2010.
NOTE -- Although I've been told this should take place, it is no longer a legal requirement, so the details are still a bit sketchy as to whether it will take place.
