Free FreeAt 'The Hidden Senses: the secrets of taste and smell', part of the UK's first national festival of the humanities experience a day of activities that will challenge your understanding of your senses of taste and smell, with a public lecture from Charles Spence, demonstrations including new plating ideas from a 3 star Michelin restaurant, how we write about perfume with Persolaise and digital smell with Adrian Cheok, and testing in 'The Lab'.
All parts of the programme are free. Booking is required for the lecture and demonstrations, but all other interactive activities are open to all.
